Promotion of the Fund for the Protection of Outfitters’ Natural Environments
The Québec Outfitters Federation is proud to launch its brand new Fund for the Protection of Outfitters’ Natural Environments, dedicated to the sustainable development of outfitting territories and the preservation of the wildlife species found there. From now on, customers will be invited to make a donation by booking a stay at one of the participating outfitters, or via the online boutique. Two quick and easy ways to contribute!

Donating to the Fund for the Protection of Outfitters’ Natural Environments means ensuring that the community has the resources it needs to sustainably manage outfitting territories and protect the wildlife resources they contain.

NEW - INCLUDE CONTRIBUTION TO PACKAGE PRICE AUTOMATICALLY
Outfitters can automatically include a $2/person/stay contribution in their package rates on the customer's invoice.
In this case, they must mention the following: “Although billing for the contribution to the Fund for the Protection of Outfitters’ Natural Environments is automatic, this contribution is optional and voluntary. Customers who do not wish to contribute, or who wish to increase their contribution to the Fund, may contact [Name and address of outfitter] directly to request that the invoice be modified.
Please note that the amount of the contribution must be excluded from the sales tax calculation. It is also possible to include a checkbox for each customer, either on the online reservation form or on the physical invoice, to enable them to determine the amount of the contribution they wish to make to the Fund.
